Each one is a separate ledger with its own transactions, goals and savings targets, kept in its own currency

An account's currency is what its stored figures are. Changing it restates them; it does not convert them. Your display currency above is what they are read in, and changing that converts.

Deleting an account deletes its transactions and its goals; the others are untouched.

Category Rules

Imported from the workbook's CategoryTable sheet. Rules are checked from the top down, so keep specific keywords above general ones — "Uber Eats" must sit above "Uber".

Synced to your account and available on any computer you sign in on

Erasing removes every transaction, rule and goal and leaves one empty account, so you can start again with the same sign-in. Deleting your Emty Wallet account removes the sign-in too. Both apply on every device, neither can be undone, and neither touches your spreadsheet file.
